This place was charming small and quaint for a wedding celebration. Respectful and patient staff from the manager through the ladies at the reception and in the breakfast area and the setting was amazing. Local stores and shops were right next door. The attached restaurant was EXCELLENT with great food. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and couldn't recommend more it to family.

The staff at St Charles Inn are hard-working, from the manager to the reception and breakfast area employees. the hotel is located in a beautiful leafy neighborhood, making it very convenient. - the breakfast at the hotel is delicious and wonderful. - I would stay here again.

The room was not very comfortable for the price, the room was very bright - luckily we had no room facing the street... but still we heard the neighbours in the evening while they were watching TV.

The staff, from the manager to the reception and breakfast area ladies, are friendly, and the location is fantastic being so close to the streetcar.

Our room had a very foul smell when the a/c unit turned on. This is a pet friendly hotel and it almost smelled like pet urine. Either the a/c filters need to be cleaned more often, or the a/c cleaned more often, or have carpets steam cleaned often. However, the room my daughter and husband stayed in did not have a bad smell and was perfectly fine. Certain floors should be designated for rooms with pets and not throughout the entire facility. Additionally, the toilet seat was old and worn and touched up with paint and should be replaced.

My double room here 🏨 had a new AC unit and a coffee maker, which were in great working condition and provided the comfort I needed.

Big room, delicious breakfast, free parking - we liked the location, in the Gardendistrict - Streetcar stop 50 m next to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent and lovely. Free parking was available. The room I booked was kept clean and had a coffee maker and a huge bed. I was there for 4 nights and would definitely come back again.
